CJ Perry may still be teasing a future WWE return alongside Rusev, but right now she’s clearly enjoying herself outside the company — and fans definitely noticed her latest thirst trap.
After Rusev returned to WWE in April 2025, many fans immediately noticed Perry was absent from the presentation, leading to constant speculation about whether she would eventually reunite with him on television.
Now Perry is getting attention again — this time because of a new Instagram video that quickly got fans talking online. In the video, Perry appeared in a bright pink bikini while relaxing and enjoying herself outdoors as Kid Cudi’s “Maui Wowie” played in the background.
At one point in the clip, Perry was also seen hanging onto a wooden compartment with one arm while laughing and clearly having a good time throughout the video. She also used the moment to promote her subscription platform, plugging her Passes account at cjperry.com directly in the post.
This comes only weeks after Perry addressed her WWE future publicly during an interview with Ariel Helwani. During that conversation, Perry first leaned fully into the Lana character while explaining why she hasn’t returned to WWE television yet alongside her husband.
“Well, Lana right now is in exile in Siberia—she let her country down, so she’s doing work there.”
However, she also made it very clear that the door remains completely open for a future WWE comeback.
“When the time is right, I will appear, and hopefully that will happen sooner than later.”
Perry later shifted into a more serious answer while discussing how much she enjoys creatively working alongside Rusev. According to her, reuniting with him on WWE television again would absolutely be something she wants.
“Oh, that would be a dream. I love working with my husband—one of my favorite things to do is work and create and collaborate with other creators.”
And finally, Perry made it clear she’d happily jump back into WWE if the opportunity came together correctly.
“So to be able to do it on the big screen for WWE, I’d take anything.”
Bottom line — CJ Perry may not be back in WWE yet, but she’s definitely staying visible. And while fans continue waiting for a reunion with Rusev on television, Perry’s latest bikini video made one thing obvious: she’s still fully embracing the limelight while leaving the WWE door wide open.
