The second race of the APC Series season took place at Flamboro Speedway on Saturday night. Jake Sheridan claimed his first win of the year, with Junior Farrelly, Shawn Chenoweth, Shae Gemmell and Dale Shaw rounding out the top-five. Sheridan takes over the championship lead, with a five-point advantage over Brandon Watson. Farrelly and Kyle Steckly are tied at 10 points back, while Josh Stade and Shaw are 12 points behind. The series’ next race is Peterborough Speedway on Saturday, June 13.
The Can-Am TQ Midgets were also in action for their second event of the year, where James Stanley took the win ahead of Daniel Hawn and Jeff Blackburn. Their next race is Peterborough on Saturday, June 20.
