The new Mega Pokemon added in Pokemon Legends Z-A did not have their abilities shown. Thanks to Pokemon Champions, this has changed. Here is a look at all of the New Pokemon Champions Mega Abilities added with Regulation M-B.

New Mega Abilities
There will be new Mega Abilities for the new Mega Pokemon added to the game. We will keep track of that here.

- Mega Barbaracle
- Ability:
Tough Claws–
Tough Claws increases the power of moves that make contact.
- Ability:
- Mega Dragalge
- Ability:
Regenerator– A Pokémon with Regenerator restores 1⁄3 of its maximum HP when switching out.
- Ability:
- Mega Eelektross
- Ability:
Elevate– The Pokémon floats off the ground, making it immune to Ground-type moves, as well as the Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and Sticky Web statuses. When the Pokémon knocks out a target with an attack, its highest stat is boosted by 1 stage.

- Mega Falinks
- Ability:
Defiant– raises the ability-bearer’s Attack by two stages when hit by a stat-lowering move.
- Ability:
- Mega Malamar
- Ability:
Contrary– Makes stat changes have an opposite effect.
- Ability:
- Mega Pyroar
- Ability:
Fire Mane– Boosts the power of the Pokémon’s Fire-type moves by 50%.
- Ability:
- Mega Raichu X
- Ability:
Electric Surge
– This ability automatically summons Electric Terrain when it enters the battlefield, boosting the power of Electric-type attacks and preventing grounded Pokémon from falling asleep.

- Mega Raichu Y
- Ability:
No Guard– This ability ensures that all of its moves hit with 100% accuracy. This makes highly damaging, low-accuracy attacks like Zap Cannon and Focus Blast guaranteed to land

- Mega Scolipede

Shell Armor–
Shell Armor prevents the Pokémon from receiving a critical hit.
- Ability:
- Mega Scrafty
- Ability:
Intimidate– lower’s the Attack of all opponents by one stage when the ability-bearer switches in (including the start of a battle).

- Ability:
Contrary– Makes stat changes have an opposite effect.
