Dear Dolphin RFC family,

It is with great pride that I write to you as your newly elected president of Dolphin RFC. To serve this club is an honour I do not take lightly, and to do so as only the second woman to hold this position in our history makes it all the more meaningful.

Since joining Dolphin RFC as a player, I have seen first-hand the dedication, passion, and community spirit that makes this club so special. It is a privilege to now have the opportunity to lead it, and I am committed to giving everything I have to this role over the season ahead.

I want to start my presidency with something simple and honest:

Dolphin RFC is not just an AIL team. It is not just a minis section, or a women’s team, or a vets squad, or our underage teams.

It is all of those things. Together. One club.

This year, I want every single one of our members — whether you’re pulling on a jersey on Saturday, driving your child to training on a Sunday morning, or giving your time as a volunteer behind the scenes — to feel like this place truly belongs to you.

Because it does.

We have something special in our club. A club with real people, real community, and a story worth telling. My goal this season is to make sure the whole of Cork knows it.

I’m looking forward to seeing you at the clubhouse, on the pitch, and at everything in between.
