Despite being released, one WWE talent still made an unexpected appearance on programming this week — albeit in a rather awkward way.
Following WrestleMania 42, WWE carried out a wave of roster cuts as part of its annual reshuffling, alongside several NXT call-ups. Among those let go was 25-year-old Carlee Bright, who had competed in both NXT and EVOLVE.
Bright also appeared on the premiere episode of WWE LFG Season 3, which she later confirmed was her final appearance with the company. Taking to Instagram, she shared a heartfelt message reflecting on her three-year run and thanking WWE for the opportunity.
However, despite her release, Bright still popped up on WWE programming during this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW.
During a commercial break on Netflix, WWE aired an advertisement for The General auto insurance that included both Rhea Ripley and the recently released Bright. In the ad, Ripley is seen giving advice to Bright about exploiting an opponent’s weaknesses, before The General mascot appears to promote the benefits of the insurance plan.
The commercial had originally debuted weeks earlier on The General’s YouTube channel as part of a multi-year partnership with WWE that began in April 2026.
While the timing made for an unusual situation, the ad ultimately marked Bright’s final appearance on WWE programming. It remains to be seen what’s next for her following her departure from the company after nearly four years.
