I’ve watched on Netflix because i’m a Kraut and the amount of Ads, Commercials, Sponsorings, Placements is ridiculous. After every match there was a 4 minute break, often followed by another 15 seconds for a follow up Ad. There were placements all over the mat, on the tables, on the ring barrier, on the turnbuckles. It’s so exhausting.
I don’t know the numbers from previous Manias, but alone from my feeling this has to be the Mania with the shortest matches of all time. Everything felt rushed. The so called “unsanctioned match” was a joke tbf. The main event made no sense.
There were no backstage interactions, there were no surprises (Paige return was bascially confirmed before WM and Breakker back isn’t that big of a deal), no big WrestleMania worthy moments. Some of the entrances were nice, tho. AJ, Rollins and Cody’s entrance.
But everything else on Day 1? Doesn’t felt Mania worthy. I don’t know what to change. I’m disappointed.
