DARRAGH MURRAY PRESENTING IRELAND JERSEY AT BUCCANEERS AWARDS EVENT

BUCCANEERS Pirates Awards event takes place in the Sheraton Hotel, Athlone, on this SATURDAY, May 23rd. The Senior, Junior, U-20, Thirds and Womens Player of the Year awards will be presented at this gala occasion. The Clubperson of the Year accolade will be presented too while the club will make presentations to our players including Darragh Murray who have been honoured to represent Ireland during the season. On the night, Darragh is presenting his first Ireland jersey, which he has framed, to the club. Buccaneers greatly appreciate this gesture by the south Roscommon native.

The nominees for the Thirds team Player of the Year have now come to hand and they are Richie Greene, Cian Malone and Cathal Walsh. Dress code is smart/casual; no jeans! The event commences with a Prosecco reception from 7 p.m. Contact our Administrator Geraldine at 0861732711 to book.
