Morrell will face Zak Chelli, 16-3-1 (8 KOs). Junior welterweight prospect Jack Rafferty, 26-0-1 (17 KOs), will be in against Ekow Essuman, 22-2 (8 KOs), who is moving down from welterweight after his TKO loss to Jack Catterall in November.
