The International Boxing Federation have ordered No. 1-ranked heavyweight contender Frank Sanchez and his team to begin negotiations for a world championship fight with No. 3-ranked contender Moses Itauma and his team.
According to IBF Public Relations Director, Jeanette Salazar, upon receiving official notice of Oleksandr Usyk vacating the IBF heavyweight title, the organization has given Sanchez and Itauma until July 29 to reach an agreement for a fight to crown their new king, in accordance with IBF championship rules.
