Western region nationwide finals set for Saturday as Sigalagala face Kisii Polytechnic
The Western region Nationwide finals will be played this weekend on Saturday, April 25, with regional champions set to be crowned in Kakamega.
Sigalagala National Polytechnic will take on Kisii National Polytechnic at the ASK Showground, Kakamega with kickoff scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
Sigalagala earned hosting rights after finishing top on overall points, edging Maseno University 22-18 in a tightly contested clash. Kisii National Polytechnic booked their place in the final following a narrow 16-12 victory over Vihiga Granites.

Sigalagala will be particularly motivated to finally break their promotion jinx, having fallen short in their last three attempts. Their most recent setback came last season when they were knocked out following a Leagues and Fixtures Committee decision.
