BC.Game was formed by a crypto company in 2024. A year later, BC.Game showed up in Counter-Strike 2 with veteran players like s1mple and Denis “electronic” Sharipov. It seemed like a huge W all around.

Unfortunately, it’s been rough.

IEM Atlanta 2026 Was a Nightmare for s1mple

Team Vitality was the first team that BC.Game Esports was up against. BC ended up losing 2-0, but s1mple had some hope.

“Not a bad start with a new roster against a top team,” s1mple noted. “Time fixes mistakes and we’ll bounce back tomorrow.”

It should be noted that BC.Game won 17 rounds in total. The squad was fighting, with s1mple standing out throughout the fight. However, BC.Game is nowhere near the level that Team Vitality is at right now. It’s a new roster, and they even went into IEM Atlanta with a loaned player, Azbayar “Senzu” Munkhbold and a stand-in team analyst.

The second match was against B8. This one also went 2-0, with BC.Game losing. s1mple’s mood changed entirely.

On X, he wrote: “Out from IEM Atlanta, hard to play when gameplan isn’t followed from the start, even though we had five practice days, with this lineup that’s unacceptable. What you put in is what you get out. Thanks, everyone, for your support.”

Yikes. The CS2 community noted his saltiness. Some felt s1mple was looking for anyone else to blame but himself, telling him that he should have switched who was playing. One comment said: “s1mple might be considering subbing in nocries after ScrunK went 1-15 in the first map against B8.”

But others understood his frustration. A clip started going around of s1mple’s face after the loss. He looked extremely red in the face, possibly ready to cry from rage and frustration.

Fans begged s1mple to leave BC.Game and join a Tier 1 team, noting that he’s playing incredibly. Others felt that

Said one fan: “It’s a shame, you can see how he regrets leaving for 2 years, in my opinion, he seems desperate and is giving his all but can’t do it all by himself, man, I just wanna see him winning again.”

After this, something’s gotta give.
