The Undertaker Sends Message To Octagón Jr. After Scary AAA Injury

The Undertaker is sending support to Octagón Jr. after a scary injury at an AAA television taping. The AAA star is facing a lengthy recovery, and The Deadman made sure to publicly show him some respect.

Octagón Jr. was stretchered out of the arena after a frightening landing during the second week of AAA Noche de Los Grandes tapings at the end of May. The injury is expected to keep him out for several months, but things could have been much worse considering how bad the landing looked.

As Octagón Jr. continues his recovery, The Undertaker took to social media to send him a message. The WWE Hall of Famer and WWE LFG coach thanked him for his work and made it clear that AAA is waiting for him to come back.

“I would like to take this time to wish a speedy recovery to Octagón Jr. and thank him for his hard work and dedication to AAA.”

Undertaker also made it clear that he believes Octagón Jr. will come back strong.

“We know you’ll be back better than ever and we look forward to having you return to the locker room.”

That is a strong message from one of the biggest names in wrestling history, especially now that WWE and AAA are working much closer together. Undertaker’s support shows that Octagón Jr.’s injury was felt beyond just the AAA locker room.

The injury happened during a five-way match to determine the next challenger for the AAA Cruiserweight Championship. Octagón Jr. was unable to continue after the rough landing, but the match went on.

Lince Dorado ended up winning the match and earned a future shot at AAA Cruiserweight Champion Rey Fénix. Still, Octagón Jr.’s injury became one of the biggest talking points coming out of the taping.

For now, Octagón Jr. is focused on healing up and getting back to the ring. The road back may take time, but The Undertaker’s message made it clear that people are already waiting for his return.
