Urban Games has announced that Transport Fever 3 will be getting a curated mods program.
The transport tycoon sequel is taking the series to new heights, giving players the ability to transform the world across land, sea, and sky, and the game’s developer wants the modding community to get involved just like they did with Transport Fever 2.
The curated mods program will allow players to work with the development team to create, expand, and customize the game with new vehicles, maps, and gameplay features.
The Program will give some of the best modders in the genre early access to the game, allowing for an exciting selection of high-quality, developer-supported mods to be available already on launch day. Additionally, Urban Games stated that confidential closed beta tests for consoles are starting soon, with a strong focus on overall stability and performance, to take even more community feedback on board.

Transport Fever 2 set the bar quite high for modding, with a staggering 15,000-plus individual mods created for it. So you can see why Urban Games is keen to get that community involved ahead of Transport Fever 3’s launch.
Transport Fever 3 will be released on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. A closed beta test will be happening soon on consoles if you wish to dabble in a bit of tycoonery.
