We have you covered for all of today’s UFC Perth results, including the lightweight co-main event between Quillan Salkilld and Beneil Dariush.
Dariush (23-8-1 MMA) will enter the contest looking to rebound, this after suffering a brutal 16-second knockout loss to Benoit Saint Denis in his most recent Octagon appearance at UFC 322 this past November (see that here). Prior to that setback, the 36-year-old veteran was coming off a decision win over Renato Moicano.
Meanwhile, Quillan Salkilld (12-1 MMA) is currently riding an eleven-fight win streak, with his most recent triumph being a submission victory over Jamie Mullarkey this past January at UFC 325. The Perth native has won three of his past five fights by way of stoppage.
Round one of the UFC Perth co-headliner begins and Beneil Dariush comes out swinging. He clips Quillan Salkilld with a check hook and the Australian hits the canvas. Dariush jumps on his back in search of the finish. Salkilld scrambles and gets back up to his feet. The fighters battle in the clinch along the cage. Quillan breaks free and circles out to distance. He leaps into the pocket with some heavy shots and Dariush goes down. Some follow up ground strikes and this one is all over! WOW!
