The cycling pad developed for the Nimbl Ultimate Line has been conceived to support riders throughout every phase of the pedal stroke, helping them maintain comfort, focus, and balance in the saddle. Because when discomfort disappears, cyclists can fully concentrate on performance and experience every moment on the bike at their best.
At the heart of the project is Elastic Interface® N3X® Technology. The 3D-printed insert makes it possible to control the material structure with extreme precision, creating differentiated support areas and targeted protection. Every zone of the pad is designed with a specific purpose: to support where needed and relieve pressure in the most sensitive areas.
The design also integrates front perforations for ventilation, inspired by the distinctive visual language of Nimbl cycling shoes. More than an aesthetic detail, this choice helps improve airflow in sensitive areas, supporting breathability, temperature regulation, and balance even during the most intense efforts.
In contact with the skin, the black Eco Graphene fabric delivers a refined feeling of stability and freshness. Thanks to its properties, it helps regulate temperature, follows the body’s movement, and maintains a dry, comfortable interface between rider and saddle, even on longer rides.
The structure is completed by a layer of reticulated open-cell foam, designed to ensure fast drying and constant breathability, and by D65 Bio Foam, made with 65% plant-based polyols. Lightweight, elastic, and perforated, D65 Bio combines sustainability and high performance, offering effective support without unnecessary bulk.
