Arsenal revert their attention to the race for the Premier League title on Sunday as they visit London rivals West Ham United.
The Gunners beat Atletico Madrid 1-0 in the second leg of their Champions League semi-final on Tuesday, setting up a meeting with holders Paris Saint-Germain in the final in Budapest later this month.
Domestically, Mikel Arteta’s side currently sit five points clear at the top of the Premier League table, although second-placed Manchester City have a game-in-hand.
Next up for the north London side is a visit to The London Stadium to face relegation-threatened West Ham, who are on the verge of dropping down to the second tier.
Ahead of that game, though, it has emerged that one Arsenal player is attracting significant interest from a Spanish club.
According to Spanish outlet Fichajes, Atletico Madrid are hoping to sign Arsenal’s Myles Lewis-Skelly this summer.

The report claims that the La Liga giants have identified the Englishman as an ideal candidate to bolster their squad, having been impressed by the player’s performances during their Champions League semi-final tie over recent weeks.
Myles-Skelly is a product of Arsenal’s youth system and has now made more than 70 appearances for the Gunners across all competitions, having made his debut for the club back in 2024 in a Premier League fixture against Man City.
The England international is under contract at The Emirates until the end of the 2029/30 season, but the report from Spain claims that Atletico are hopeful of signing the player this summer.
Atleti could face competition in the race to sign Lewis-Skelly, though, with both Manchester United and Real Madrid also said to be monitoring the player’s situation.
Arsenal are also likely to be reluctant to lose such an impressive young player, despite Lewis-Skelly starting just three of their 35 league games so far this term.
