CONCORD, N.C. — Due to continued inclement weather in the area, Friday’s North Carolina Education Lottery 200 for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series has been postponed until Saturday morning at 8 a.m. Gates 4, 5A and 5B will open at 7 a.m.
